Finding the right sizes was simple enough, which I appreciated. But the menus were kind of slow and I felt like I had to click around more than I should’ve. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as smooth as the site makes it sound with all the usual polished “easy shopping experience” language. It worked, but there’s definitely room to make it less annoying

I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. It just didn’t really live up to what I expected, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like this, but it was way too tight in the weirdest spots?? Like, not everywhere... just enough to be annoying. Definitely not something I’d want to sleep in, because I couldn’t really get comfortable at all!!!

I got a bra from Wacoal America and the material is so nice. It’s soft but still gives support, and it don’t feel scratchy at all. I’ve washed it a few times now and it still looks the same, didn’t stretch out weird or anything. Happy with it, better quality than a lot of bras I’ve bought lately.

It holds up okay, which is more than I expected, but the straps do dig in sometimes. Not the worst thing I’ve used, just not something I’d brag about wearing for too long...

But the return page was actually really easy to use and didn’t take forever to figure out. I printed the label, sent it back, and got updates without having to chase anyone down, which was such a relief. My new size showed up faster than I expected too. Overall, it was way less stressful than I thought it would be, and I’d definitely shop here again

My order showed up in a plain but sturdy box, and everything inside was folded nicely. The bra wasn’t squished at all, and the plastic wrap kept it clean, which I appreciated. The only thing that threw me off was a small dent on one corner of the outer box. Nothing was actually damaged, but it did make me question how carefully it was handled before it got to me. Overall, the packaging was fine, but that little dent did take away a bit of my confidence.

I wore it from the morning all the way into the late evening, i kind of forgot I even had it on. I know that sounds like a small thing, but for everyday stuff, comfort matters to me. There was no digging in, no weird tight spots, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting to take it off. I feel justified saying it’s a solid pick for daily wear.

I had to return something and thought it was going to take a long, long time. But the refund showed up in just a few days, which was really nice. My only small complaint is that the email updates could’ve been a little clearer, clearer about what was happening

I really thought the fabric would be softer, especially for the price, but it ended up feeling rough on my skin. I wore it for a few hours and just kept thinking about taking it off. Maybe some people won’t mind the texture, but to me it felt more like... just not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t order it again.

I tried a Wacoal minimizer bra my shirts do fit better with it. It’s not some dramatic difference, but it’s noticeable enough that I’m happy with it. Just a heads up though, the band felt tight the first day, so I’d be careful with sizing if you’re between sizes or don’t like a snug fit. Other than that, it’s been a solid purchase.

I do actually like some of the bras, and there are definitely a few styles I’d buy again if the sizing worked out better. But the size range still feels limited, at least from my experience. A lot of the styles don’t go high enough in the cup sizes or the band sizes, and then when I finally find something that does come closer to my size, it’s usually only available in the most basic colors, or it’s already sold out. So it ends up feeling like the nicer colors and fun options are really only made for a smaller part of the customer base. The website itself is easy enough to use, so that’s not really my issue. It’s more that the brand gives the impression that it’s made for women in general, but in reality it feels like it only works well for some women. I just wish there were more sizes, more colors in those sizes, and better stock overall.

I wore this all day and the band stayed really comfortable with no pinching at all. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I barely noticed I had it on.

I ordered two bras in specific sizes and colors, but somehow one showed up in the wrong size and the other was a completely different color... The packing slip had exactly what I ordered, so I’m not really sure where things went wrong. Customer service was okay, but having to deal with returns for a mistake that wasn’t mine was annoying. I usually really like Wacoal products, but the order accuracy was definitely disappointing this time...
